I have to say that I was AMAZED when I ran across a 10 ball bag of SWTC Oasis for 19.99, so, of course I snatched one up (turquoise)! And boy, I'm glad I did because when I went back to have a look at the other 2 colors they were gone! Boy, what a deal, thank you!

But, the reason that I am writing you this email is to thank you very much for your wonderful customer service and for going far and above when it comes to your customers. You see, I received my bag of Oasis today, included in the package were 2 free skeins of Melody..how very, very kind of you! I have a HUGE mouth and I will tell you know, I'm going to TELL THE KNITTING WORLD! Again, many thanks! And you will be seeing me again, not just because you have such prices but because of your outstanding service! I will go to an establishment with good customer service (and go out of my way to do so) just because of that...good customer service, it means just as much as your product and you are stellar in both!
